Do you Travel?

Definitely! Where are we going?!

How far out do you book?

We typically book 1 to 1.5 years in advance for weddings. For other sessions like engagements, families, etc. we usually book a couple months in advance. If you are looking for a session sooner or later than a couple of months do not be discouraged. Feel free to contact us and get on our radar. We try to be flexible and do our best to make things happen.

Do you book more than one wedding in a weekend?

We take on one wedding per weekend unless there is at least a one days gap between. This is not to be rude or difficult, but we want to provide everyone with the best possible version of ourselves and make sure everyone has the time and attention that they deserve

Do you have a second shooter?

We shoot together. So you will always get two of us 🙂

Do you use a Drone?

Yes, we are licensed to fly and do so as long as the weather and flight information points to all systems go 🙂 We cannot guarantee drone footage for every wedding though because there are areas that drones are not allowed to fly (ex: national parks, near airports, or other restricted airways.)

What is your turn around time on films?

We are contracted to deliver your film within 3 months of your wedding date. This however gives us a safety net for some of our busier months. We always try to beat that if we can. Typically we deliver within 1-3 months of your wedding date.

Do you have insurance?

Sure Do!

Do you have back up gear?

Definitely.

What if you get sick?

Great question. We are human after all and some things cannot be planned. If for some reason we are so sick that we cannot stand or focus (knock on wood that this never happens) we are lucky enough to be a part of community of videographers who are also very talented. These connections are clutch in situations like being sick. We would do our best to find a replacement videographer with our same style and caliber.

Because we are awesome like you! We truly mean it when we say nothing is more important than you our client. Customer service and your happiness and positive experience is our first priority. We are more than just your videographers. We are your friends. If you need a cup of water, we can get you a cup of water, if you need someone to leave you alone, we are the gentle hand on their shoulder politely asking them to help you in another way. We are who you need us to be to make your wedding day the most special.

We are ready to book! What do we do next?

YAY! We can’t wait to celebrate with you! The next step is to reach out to us and secure your wedding date. Once we have confirmed the date, we will send you a contract to fill out. All we need is for you to sign the contract, send it back to us either via e mail or through snail mail, along with your retainer check. Once we have both of those things you are all set!
